We consider it a privilege to work with your clients!  The chart below shows the referral commission percentage we pay out depending on the price range of the listing.  We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and promise to take great care of your clients.

Short Sale Referral Program

Our short sale referral program allows you, as the agent, to remain competitive in this market without having to build a short sale team.  Short sales are very time consuming and can be very difficult to complete.  Many agents find that it is too much for them to take on.

Our program allows you, as the agent, to list the home and then we work on the back-end to negotiate with the banks. We have an extremely high short sale closing ratio. This program allows you to remain in contact with the client and to get any buyer leads that may come from listing the home.  We take care of the hard part of negotiating with the banks.

Due to the time and effort it takes to complete a short sale, we have a specific referral program for short sale referrals. We split the commission 50/50 with the listing agent.
